Refund & Exchange Policy

1. No Refund Policy

At TheBrandSpot, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy. Once a product has been sold, monetary refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

2. Exchange Eligibility

We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect.
  • The customer received the wrong size or an incorrect product.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags intact.

3. Exchange Request Time Frame

Customers must raise an exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges incurred while returning the product for an exchange.
